We will oppose any legislation that takes away our water rights.

We will support legislation to require impact statements developments and rules and regulations have on agriculture.

We will support legislation to simplify registering farm vehicles.

We will support legislation to ease up on fire code regulations on farms.

We will support legislation to strengthen trespass laws.

We will allow a person to have a trust under their personal membership by amending our By-Laws as follows:

SECTION 4. JOINT MEMBERHSIP - Two or more persons, two partnerships, two unincorporated associations, or two corporations or any combination thereof shall not be accepted as members of this organization upon a single membership except for trusts. Any member in good standing may include any trust they have under their individual membership. 

We support allowing all farm stands to receive WIC Vouchers and Senior Citizen's Coupons. We do not support out of state farmers receiving RI WIC Vouchers and RI Senior Citizen's Coupons.
